Quality Policy

Central element of our strategic planning is the monitoring of the regulatory and legal framework that governs the marketing of products. Allertec Hellas supply products and services in accordance with the rules and specifications provided by national and European legislation. The company is certified in accordance with Decision 1348/04 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and also maintains a quality system based on the principles of ISO 9001:2015.


ALLERTEC HELLAS S.A. maintains a Pharmacovigilance System which meets the requirements of European and Greek legislation.

The system includes the recording and management of the incoming Adverse Reports, the report to the competent Authorities (EOF / EMA), the submission of the Periodically Updated Safety Reports (PEEA / PSUR), the Control of Scientific / Medical Literature, the Training, the Preparation and Submission of Risk Management Plans and the Continuous Monitoring of the Product Safety Profile.

By the continuous monitoring of the system, we secure the provision of safe products to the patients, which is also a requirement of the company itself.

The Report of Side Effects in relation to our medicinal products is done with the following ways:

  • Electronic submission of the Yellow Card through the website of EOF
  • Printed form by mail, free of charge, to the Department of Undesirable Actions of EOF (284 Mesogeion, 15562) contact phone: 213-2040380 or 213-2040337.
